Pavel Akimovich Ovchinnikov is a Russian fabricator, one of the founders of the Russian national jewelry school and a reviver of the Russian style in jewelry.
The jeweller’s production was distinguished by a rich color palette, precious metals and Russian ornaments, and the products met the needs of their time.
The Ovchinnikov factory produced items for a wide household, it and dishes, and writing devices, and caskets, albums, cigarette case, as well as various religious utensils.

In 1865 at the Moscow International Exhibition Pavel Ovchinnikov received the title of court supplier. For his work he was awarded five Russian orders, and was awarded Austrian, Belgian and French orders.

Ovchinnikov’s products are in the State Historical Museum of Moscow, in private European collections, including royal houses.
