Monographic collection of watercolors and drawings of Solomon Boim comes from the collection of well-known Russian-American collector and art critic Viktor Kholdkov (1948-2015)which spent his whole life collecting outstanding works of Russian fine art of the first half of the XX century. In 1989, he settled in California, worked as an art dealer and critic, and actively published various articles on Russian art. Victor’s collection of materials formed the foundations of the National Library of the United States and the Paul Getty Museum in Los Angeles
